Refund and Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority at Mundo de Cristal. We are proud to offer unique, handcrafted items from artisans all across Mexico. We understand that buying handcrafted items online can sometimes be challenging, and we aim to make the process as seamless as possible for you. Our Refund and Returns Policy is designed to provide you with assurance in your purchases.

Returns

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. You may return your purchase within 30 days of receiving your item(s) for a full refund, excluding any shipping fees.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations and imperfections are expected and are part of the charm of these items. These are not considered defects and are not grounds for returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed and for the refund to be posted to your account.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at [email protected].

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Insurgentes 333, Zona Romántica, Emiliano Zapata, Puerto Vallarta, Jal, 48380. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exceptions

Please note that custom orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.
